Maintenance of Plastic Molding Machine

1. The forming machine is roughly divided into three main parts:

1) Electronic control part:

Traditional ejectors use contact relays to switch various actions. They often fail due to loosening of contact screw and aging of contacts. Generally, new products should be replaced after one million applications to ensure the stability of electronic control. Special environmental factors such as dust attachment and air humidity also affect the machine.

Modern transmitters use Contactless integrated circuits, which greatly reduces the connection of wires, significantly improves the bad phenomenon of wire composition and advances stability.

2) Arrangement:

Arrangement part should maintain lubrication on time to reduce friction coefficient and wear. The nuts and locking screws on the head plate should be inspected on time to avoid uneven stress and cracking of the Column.

Mould thickness adjustment arrangements should be punctual to check whether there is offset or slack in the transmission shaft gear or chain. Whether the screw of the upper pressure plate of the gear is loose or not, and whether the lubricating grease is satisfactory, etc.

3) Oil pressure part:

In hydraulic system, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of hydraulic oil in order to maintain the quality of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil with good stability and high quality should be used. In addition to timely replacement, the working temperature should be properly controlled below 50C to avoid the stability of hydraulic action due to deterioration.

When the injection moulding machine is in operation, the controller will give an alarm when there is any malfunction in the system, and a line of anti-confession message will appear below the screen of the battalion screen, as shown below.

Disadvantage Analysis and Solution

The reason of machine shortcomings is often due to improper operation and setting, which can be easily cleaned up by analysis.

Mould Locking Force and Low Pressure Maintenance Adjustment

Process:

1. Set the clamping pressure at 135 bar, 10%, the low pressure speed at 20%, the low pressure azimuth at 100 mm, and the low pressure time at 5 seconds.

2. Establish the clamping force by adjusting the die forward and backward; refer to the hydraulic pressure control table of the clamping force when the pressure of the pressure gauge of the system rises greatly when the pressure of the pressure gauge is close.

3. Set the low pressure orientation to zero after opening the die.

4. Press shut-down until the die touches and spreads out immediately. At this moment, the orientation of the moving die is assumed to be "X", and the orientation of the low pressure is set to "X+1" mm.

5. Then set the low-voltage maintenance width: the low-voltage maintenance width is between low-speed and low-voltage.

6. Setting low-voltage maintenance time is generally 1.2 seconds
