An active positioning device for the die table of a thermoplastic forming machine includes a die table, a clamping arrangement, a guide plate of the die equipment and a guide wheel. A guide step groove is arranged on the bottom of the guide plate of the die equipment. The clamping arrangement and the guide wheel are respectively arranged on the top surface of the die table. The guide step groove sleeve is arranged on the guide wheel and the clamping arrangement. The top surface of the die table is also provided with at least one bullet. The positioning support arrangement has at least one positioning pit on the bottom of the guide plate of the die equipment, and the positioning pit and the elastic positioning support arrangement have the same number and correspond to each other one by one. When the guide plate of the die equipment moves to the correct position, the top of all the elastic positioning support arrangements are pierced into the corresponding positioning pit.

The elastic positioning support arrangement comprises a pressure plate equipment groove opened on the top of the die table, a cushion elastic groove located on the bottom of the pressure plate equipment groove, a spring equipment groove located on the bottom of the cushion elastic groove, a pressure plate, a spring, a cushion block and a steel ball. The spring is located in the spring equipment groove, and the bottom end of the spring resists the bottom surface of the spring equipment groove and the top of the spring extends into the cushion elastic groove. The cushion block is located in the elastic groove of the cushion block and the top of the spring. The pressure plate device is in the pressure plate device groove. The pressure plate is provided with a steel ball limit hole. The steel ball is located in the steel ball limit hole, and the steel ball limit hole is extended at the top of the steel ball.

A better scheme is that the inner diameter of the top of the steel ball limit hole is smaller than the diameter of the steel ball, and the diameter of the steel ball plus the height of the pad is 0.1-1 mm higher than the height of the bottom of the elastic groove of the pad to the top of the die table. That is to say, when the steel ball is pressed down by the guide plate of the die equipment and the bottom of the cushion block contacts the bottom of the elastic groove of the cushion block, the height of the top of the steel ball is 0.1-1 mm higher than that of the top of the limit hole of the steel ball. The optimum scheme is that the diameter of the steel ball and the height of the pad are 0.3-0.8 mm higher than the height from the bottom of the elastic groove of the pad to the top of the die table. That is to say, when the steel ball is pressed downward by the guide plate of the die equipment and the bottom of the cushion block contacts the bottom of the elastic groove of the cushion block, the height of the top of the steel ball is 0.3-0.8 mm higher than that of the top of the limit hole of the steel ball. The number of positioning pits and elastic positioning support arrangement is 2-5. If the number of the two is too small, it will be difficult to support the guide plate of the whole die equipment and to complete the accurate positioning. If the number of the two is too large, the cost will be greatly increased, and the workload will be greatly increased. Therefore, 2-5 is a more appropriate scheme.
