Operation method

_Choose a flat table and stabilize the machine. It can open the foot of the chassis so that the machine panel can be easily observed.

_Put the plug on the hand-held induction head into the socket on the panel and tighten it. Carefully locate gaps·

(5) Put one end of the plug of the power cord into the socket on the back panel of the chassis, and the other end into the power supply socket. Please use the single-phase three-wire power supply if necessary.

_Turn on the POWER SW. on the back panel of the chassis and press the SWITCHING button on the panel. When the green indicator of WARM UP is on, the machine can operate.

Press the "SETTING BUTTON" button and set it to the appropriate value, usually between 0.5 and 2.0 seconds.

(5) Put the sensor head on the top of the container cover and press the initiation button on the handle. At this time, the red indicator of "HEATING" is on, indicating that it is heating, and the sensor head should not be moved. After the red indicator of "HEATING" is off, the sensor head can be removed. After the green indicator of "WARM UP" is on or the buzzer beeps in the machine, the sealing operation of the next container can be carried out.

_Check the sealing quality, according to the different raw materials, diameter containers and production power, properly trim the "SETTING BUTTON" button, so that the sealing quality is good.

Maintenance

Circuit: Pay attention to the cleanliness of circuit board, clean up the dust of strong and weak electric box on time, keep the electric box dry and avoid dampness.

Oil pipeline: Check the oil leakage in all parts of the oil pipeline and deal with it in time. Avoid scratch and oil degeneration of piston rod.

Machinery: Inspect the transmission part of the machine for wear and tear, check every butter nozzle for blockage, and inject butter.

Other cautions: Hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year and oil sludge should be cleaned up. Water cooler should be cleaned in time to avoid oil temperature rising, which will accelerate oil aging. Of course, it is safe and no trivial matter. Circuit safety door switch, oil relief valve, mechanical safety block and warning lamp of automatic forming machine should be checked for normal operation during maintenance.
