Gas-assisted Injection Molding (GAIM)

Forming principle:

Gas-assisted moulding (GAIM) is a new type of bathroom mechanical injection moulding technology, in which high-pressure inert gas is injected when the plastic fills the cavity properly (90%~99%). Gas drives the melt plastic to continue filling the cavity, and gas pressure is used to replace the plastic pressure holding process.

Features:

Reducing residual stress and decreasing warpage;

Eliminate subsidence trace;

Reduce clamping force;

Reduce the length of the runner;

Save material;

Shorten the production cycle time;

Extension die life;

Water-assisted Injection Molding (WAIM)

Forming principle:

Water-assisted injection molding (WAIM) is an assistant injection technology based on GAIM. Its principle and process are similar to GAIM. WAIM replaces GAIM N2 with water as a medium for evacuation, penetration and pressure transfer.

Characteristics: Compared with GAIM, WAIM has many advantages.

The heat conductivity and heat capacity of water are much larger than those of N2, so the cooling time of products is short and the forming period can be shortened.

Water is cheaper and recyclable than N2.

Water has no compressibility, it is not easy to show finger effect, and the wall thickness of products is more uniform.

Gas is easy to enter or dissolve into the melt, which roughens the inner wall of the product, resulting in bubbles on the inner wall, while water is not easy to enter or dissolve into the melt, so a smooth inner wall product can be made.

Precision injection molding

Forming principle:

Precision injection moulding is a kind of injection moulding technology which can moulding products with high connotation quality, standard precision and surface quality. The standard precision of the plastic products can reach below 0.01 mm, usually between 0.01 mm and 0.001 mm.

Features:

The standard error of precision plastic parts with high precision standard divide will be less than 0.03mm, and some even smaller than micron. The detection tool depends on projector.

High repetition accuracy of products

The main manifestation is that the component fault is small, and the component fault is usually less than 0.7%.

The material of the mould is good, the rigidity is sufficient, the standard precision, the smoothness of the cavity and the positioning accuracy between the templates are high.

The measurement accuracy should reach milligram, the temperature control accuracy of the barrel and nozzle should reach (+0.5 C), and the temperature control accuracy of the model should reach (+0.2 C).

Microcellular Injection Molding

Forming principle:

Microporous injection moulding machine has one more gas injection system than ordinary injection moulding machine. Foaming agent is injected into the plastic melt through the gas injection system and forms homogeneous solution with the melt under high pressure. Gas-soluble polymer melt is injected into the die, because the pressure drops sharply, gas sensitively escapes from the melt, forming bubble nuclei, and growing to form micro-holes. After setting, micro-porous plastics are obtained.

Features:

With thermoplastic material as the matrix, the middle layer of the product is filled with closed microporous materials ranging from 10 to tens of microns.

Micro-foam injection molding technology breaks through many constraints of traditional injection molding. On the basis of ensuring the function of products, it can obviously reduce the component and forming cycle, greatly reduce the clamping force of the machine platform, and has the characteristics of small internal stress and warpage, high flatness, no shrinkage, standard stability and large forming window.

Microporous injection moulding has advantages over conventional injection moulding, especially in the production of high precision and expensive materials. It has become an important direction of injection moulding technology in recent years.

Vibration injection molding

Forming principle:

Vibration injection moulding is an injection moulding technology that controls the structure of polymer condensate by superimposing vibration field in the process of melt injection moulding, and then improves the mechanical function of products.

Features:

When the vibration force field is introduced into the injection process, the impact strength and tensile strength of the product are added, and the forming shortening rate decreases. The screw of electromagnetic dynamic injection moulding machine can pulsate axially under the effect of electromagnetic winding, and then periodically change the melt pressure in the barrel and cavity. This pressure pulsation energy equalizes the melt temperature and structure, and reduces the melt viscosity and elasticity.

Forming principle:

The decorative and functional images are printed on the film by high precision printing press, and the foil is fed into the special forming die by high precision foil feeding equipment for accurate positioning, then the images on the foil are transferred to the surface of the plastic products through the high temperature and high pressure of the plastic raw materials.

Features:

The surface of the product can be pure color, metal appearance or wood grain effect, and can also be printed with graphic symbols. The surface of products is not only beautiful in color and luster, but also exquisite and beautiful.
