In 2017, the output of medicine change kits, mouth care kits, dental equipment boxes and other products of the Medical Devices Branch increased substantially, but the production of bend plate suction became one of the bottlenecks restricting the production. In the past, after the bending plate was suction moulded, it was cut, dusted and cleaned manually, which resulted in low output power and artificial waste. Since the end of 2016, the Medical Devices Branch began to communicate and coordinate with a domestic equipment supplier, and jointly planned a new type of bending plate active forming machine. The machine is manufactured by active control from the output of bending plate suction moulding, punching and stacking. The equipment covers a smaller area, has stable function, and its price is much lower than that of large-scale suction moulding equipment, which enhances the production capacity and reduces the labor cost. The bending plate fittings produced by the equipment can be directly supplied to the production of blister packaging line, which reduces the cost waste in the transportation of spare parts and lays a foundation for the subsequent production of small package products.
