In terms of productivity, there are 200 more finished products than manpower in only one class.

He pointed out that if the bathroom enterprises want to open up in the long run, the center of competition is still the quality and productivity of products, and the use of mechanization, on the one hand, can ensure the quality and stability of products produced in the bathroom, travel the rate of finished products, on the other hand, can greatly travel the product capacity to ensure market demand.

It is understood that Anhua bathroom in addition to the automatic spray glaze robot has the first development and application, now there are 11 high-pressure grouting machines. Compared with the previous manual work, a mould can only make one product a day, but now the high-pressure grouting machine can reach 40 minutes to produce a product's power, which compared with the previous manual work, has made great progress. Zhao Wenlin told reporters that as far as the high pressure grouting machine is concerned, the factory will continue to introduce three groups, one of which is imported Italian equipment, and the other two groups are developed and produced by Anhua Sanitary Ware. In hardware polishing, there are 21 automatic polishing robots in the equipment, one has been produced. Because the successful experience of Robot Spraying glaze has accumulated, Anhua Sanitary Ware is now planning to implement the spraying process of bathroom cabinet according to the existing robot working principle. These robotic devices will be in place for equipment debugging.

At present, Anhua Sanitary Ware has four production lines producing ceramics, and they also estimate that the fifth production line will be fully automated. Regarding future planning, they believe that strengthening the mechanization of bathroom production is an important behavior to ensure the long-term opening of enterprises.
